Mary Melcer, President
Ms. Melcer has more than 15 years managerial experience in the financial services industry, specializing in mortgage loan underwriting and property management. Prior to joining Lighthouse Credit Foundation, Inc., Ms. Melcer served as Senior Vice President of Operations at both Flagship Capital Services Corp. and Republic Bank, Operations Manager with FT Mortgage Co., Assistant Branch Manager with Countrywide Funding Corp. and Property Manager with Continental Property Management. Ms. Melcer attended Daytona Beach Community College and Randolph Macon Women’s College, majoring in mathematics. Ms. Melcer is a volunteer for many charitable organizations in the Tampa Bay area and is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Pinellas County Education Foundation, as well as the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Suncoast.


Stacy Wilson, Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Wilson has more than 16 years experience as a CPA and accountant. Prior to joining Lighthouse Credit Foundation, Inc., Ms. Wilson served as Controller of American Poolplayers Association, Area Controller for Superior Services, Inc., an Accountant for Hochschild, Bloom & Co., and Assistant to the Controller for Grand American Corporation. Ms. Wilson received her BA in accounting from the University of South Florida in 1990, followed by her CPA designation in 1991, Florida License #6128752.
