This notice is provided by Lighthouse Credit Foundation, Inc. (“LCF”).
1. General: All disclosures of nonpublic personal information by LCF are made with the contractual authorization of its customers, as permitted by law, or as required by legal process.
2. Categories of Nonpublic Personal Information Collected by LCF: LCF collects the following categories of information:
- Identification information (name, address, phone, FAX, e-mail, social security, and similar information to identify and locate the customer)
- Financial information (deposit, asset, and debt information—depository, asset type and issuer, creditor, account, balance, value, terms and conditions, payment history, and similar information to determine the customer’s financial situation, prepare a budget estimate, prepare a payment plan, and provide other services to the customer)
3. Categories of Nonpublic Personal Information LCF Discloses: LCF discloses the following categories of information:
- Identification information
- Financial information
4. Categories of Nonaffiliated Third Parties to Whom LCF Discloses Nonpublic Personal Information: LCF discloses the following categories of information to LCF’s customers’ depository institutions and creditors (which are nonaffiliated third parties that are not under contract with LCF), with the contractual authorization of LCF’s customers, as required to provide services to them:
- Identification information
- Financial information
5. Marketing and Service Providers: LCF discloses the following categories of information to marketing companies and processors (which are nonaffiliated third parties that are under contract with LCF to provide services for LCF), with the contractual authorization of LCF’s customers, as required to provide services to them:
- Identification information
- Financial information
6. Former Customers: For former customers, LCF’s categories for information collection, information disclosure, and third party affiliates are the same as those stated in Sections 2 through 5 of this notice.
7. Policies and Practices: LCF restricts access to nonpublic personal information to those LCF and service provider staff members who need to know that information. LCF maintains physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard nonpublic personal information.
